Senior Program Manager (Aerospace & Defense)

Salary: $144,100–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Define, launch, and drive mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives.
• Lead multiple projects within significant programs, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and process adherence.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management through documentation libraries, communication plans, and process training.
• Define and allocate budgets, staffing, and other resources for program objectives.
• Conduct market and trend analysis to inform program direction and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects and programs using established methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and organizational change skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with project management software and tools.
