Location: BC Stratford, Stratford, Connecticut, United States. Onsite banking center role with a flexible or rotating schedule, including possible weekends, extended hours, and travel to alternate banking centers.

What you will do

• Respond to customer needs and provide accurate, timely service.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other teller transactions.
• Support sales, retention, and banking center growth initiatives while meeting individual and team goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, audits, and operational standards.
• Coach and support banking center colleagues, help onboard new bankers, and act as a role model.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Up to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate colleagues.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
