Warehouse Lead

What you will do

• Coordinate receiving, transporting, storing, staging, and shipping materials through the distribution center.
• Ensure customer orders ship daily according to requirements and provide shipping updates to sales, customer service, supervisors, and other departments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, including documentation, placards, labeling, and pallet stabilization.
• Train department colleagues on staging, labeling, quality checks, paperwork, and shipping procedures.
• Investigate errors using structured problem-solving methods, communicate inventory discrepancies, and maintain 5S and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible.
• Ability to operate or work around forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, kneel, bend, and lift or carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in moderate noise, high forklift traffic, and changing warehouse temperatures, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
