Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, with a territory covering Greensboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Pinehurst, and Fayetteville. The role includes approximately 30% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments. No relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: $145,311–$196,597 annual base salary for Account Manager Level 4, or $158,931–$215,025 for Specialty Account Manager Level 5.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians, healthcare professionals, and office staff within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and drive product demand.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the disease state, product information, and site-of-care options.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement needs by coordinating with patient services, market access, and field teams.
- Build customer relationships, understand account needs, and coordinate account support across relevant teams.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings, manage territory resources, and complete required administrative and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted.
- For the Specialty Account Manager level: a doctorate with 2 years, master's degree with 6 years, bachelor's degree with 8 years, or associate degree with 10 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience.
- Pharmaceutical account management selling experience and the ability to coordinate across field teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Must support an assigned North Carolina territory and travel approximately 30%.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill success, biologic or infusion experience, and site-of-care or reimbursement experience.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology, endocrinology, or rare and specialty disease states.
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
