Focus on coordinating reimbursement support, removing access barriers, prioritizing territory accounts, and optimizing field-based customer engagement across Missouri and Northern Arkansas.
Location: Remote — field based in the United States. The territory covers Missouri and Northern Arkansas, and the colleague must reside within a workable distance of all assigned accounts, travel throughout the territory, and stay overnight when required.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hematologists, healthcare providers, multidisciplinary care teams, and community hospitals.
- Build compliant relationships with assigned accounts and deliver approved product and disease-state messaging.
- Use product, disease, and market knowledge to prioritize accounts and support appropriate hemophilia treatment options.
- Help patients and providers navigate prior authorization, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and remove access barriers.
- Use digital tools and customer insights to plan, execute, and optimize territory activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing, or aligned therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards; a DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer and have permanent U.S. work authorization.
- U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
- Ability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in hemophilia.
- Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
- Business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking.
- Experience with Veeva Engage, Zoom, and hybrid selling models.
