Project Manager - Industrial

Location: Westerville, Ohio, United States; onsite industrial construction role.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate industrial construction projects, primarily water and wastewater plants, factories, production facilities, and data centers.
• Lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and construction personnel across one large project or several smaller projects.
• Coordinate clients, governmental agencies, subcontractors, and project staff to maintain schedules, budgets, and construction progress.
• Analyze and execute CPM-based schedules, review status reports, and adjust project plans as needed.
• Manage contract financial performance, including project profit or loss and funding parameters.
• Represent the company in owner progress meetings and lead field coordination, scheduling, and safety meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience or knowledge in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Ability to interpret safety laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, evaluate, train, and develop project personnel.
