What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale industrial infrastructure and capital construction projects, from development and EPC execution through commissioning and operational handoff.
• Establish project budgets and schedules, monitor critical paths, and implement recovery plans for projects ranging from $300M to $1B+.
• Manage EPC and OEM contracts, including claims, disputes, negotiations, and performance guarantees.
• Coordinate engineering, civil works, equipment installation, electrical and instrumentation setup, and system integration.
• Lead pre-commissioning, performance testing, turnover, and transition to operations.
• Report project health, status, and risks to executives, regulators, customers, contractors, and local communities while maintaining OSHA and internal safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in power generation, heavy industrial, or infrastructure construction.
• At least 7 years managing major EPC projects with individual budgets of $100M or more.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamic systems, high-voltage electrical interconnects, and complex balance-of-plant industrial design.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating OEMs and contractors.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, technical quality, regulatory compliance, and safety across complex projects.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project, and advanced project controls.
