Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska; onsite. Ability to travel at least 75% of the time is preferred.

What you will do

• Oversee industrial construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, and coordinate project execution.
• Recruit, manage, and lead Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractor resources, and partner companies to support timely, cost-effective completion.
• Verify finished work against contract requirements and supervise daily employee activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company work rules.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial project construction.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to work in manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environments, including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, high noise, and limited-visibility areas.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job-costing software.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and OSHA or equivalent safety training.
