NG&NGL Maintenance Supervisor (Oil And Gas)

What you will do

• Lead maintenance activities supporting safe and reliable NG and NGL operations.
• Plan weekly maintenance schedules, assign daily and weekly work, and oversee completion.
• Lead outage planning and execution in coordination with operations and reliability teams.
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs and track performance through maintenance metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, procurement, inventory, vendor management, and facility resources.
• Coach and develop employees while managing team performance, maintenance budgets, and operational accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least three years of maintenance experience required.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
