Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment as a hands-on supervisor.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Lead daily maintenance activities, assign work orders, and manage the maintenance backlog.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, including service scheduling, quotes, and technical issue resolution.
• Manage purchase requisitions, maintenance records, preventive-maintenance schedules, and CMMS data.
• Support equipment upgrades, maintenance improvements, safety practices, and production reliability initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
• Experience in a lead, senior technician, supervisor, or coordinator role is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold maintenance team members accountable while remaining hands-on.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Organization, prioritization, follow-through, and clear communication with internal teams and vendors.
