Domestic Inbound Operations & Systems Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, California, United States; ability to commute required.

What you will do

• Track, dispatch, and monitor domestic inbound shipments through final delivery.
• Follow up on shipment exceptions and coordinate special handling, White Glove, and value-added services.
• Review invoices, post charges, complete billing and settlement activities, and maintain auditable shipment records.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify delays, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support automation, system enhancements, integrations, workflow improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Use reporting tools, databases, AI-powered applications, and other technology solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer proficiency, technical aptitude, analytical ability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with data, numbers, and basic mathematical calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require future employment visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to commute to Hawthorne, California; overtime may be required as business needs demand.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, data analytics, business technology, or a related field.
• Experience with reporting tools, databases, automation tools, AI applications, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Logistics, transportation, supply chain, accounting, or operations experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
