Warehouse Manager (Logistics): Leading multi-site CFS warehouse operations across airport, off-airport, and regional facilities with an accent on freight flow, inventory control, safety, security, and operational performance. Focus on coordinating cargo movements, managing capacity and labor, resolving freight exceptions, and developing warehouse teams while improving throughput and service quality.
Location: Brisbane, California, United States; operations also cover SFO Airport CFS, an off-airport facility, and the Sacramento Facility.
Salary: $70,304 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead operational performance and establish consistent standards across airport, off-airport, and regional CFS facilities.
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight receiving, staging, transfers, releases, cross-docking, inventory control, and exception resolution.
- Monitor inventory, dwell, capacity, truck queue time, productivity, and other CFS performance metrics.
- Coordinate airport, cartage, airline, customer, service provider, and regional freight movements.
- Manage labor planning, equipment, operating expenses, productivity, and facility throughput improvements.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors while maintaining safety, security, compliance, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, CFS, airport cargo, freight forwarding, transportation, distribution, or logistics operations.
- Leadership experience managing warehouse, CFS, airport, cartage, or freight operations teams and multiple locations.
- Knowledge of freight receiving, staging, release, transfer, cross-docking, inventory control, exception handling, and service provider coordination.
- Strong communication, escalation management, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with operating systems, reporting tools, warehouse tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Technical knowledge including software development principles, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, M365, APIs, integrations, system architecture, AI, machine learning, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience with airport CFS, FTZ, bonded freight, air import/export, cartage, gateway operations, cargo security, TSA/CCSF expectations, or SIDA environments.
- Experience with warehouse KPIs, CFS monitoring, dwell, truck queue time, inventory controls, dashboards, facility launches, or customer implementations.
- Experience with continuous improvement, process mapping, labor planning, productivity management, automations, applications, or digital solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related certifications.
