Process Engineer Intern (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Compensation: $39,570–$62,546 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do

• Support production, process improvement, yield improvement, and engineering product and process projects.
• Perform qualification experiments and prepare documentation confirming results.
• Format data and generate datasheets.
• Assist with failure analysis and statistical classification of failures.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of documentation and procedure writing.
• Structured problem-solving, organization, data analysis, and statistics skills.
• Computer skills with Excel, Word, Visual Basic, and code writing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering.

Nice to have

• Practical experience or academic exposure to manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
