Final Inspection Technician (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite, split second shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Salary: $49,413–$78,105 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium.

What you will do

• Perform final inspections using drawings, customer specifications, procedures, and process documents.
• Determine product acceptability and inspect components and assemblies with mechanical and electrical measuring devices.
• Document non-conformances, create NCMR records, and maintain quality documentation.
• Collect data, update measurements, and program automated measurement systems.
• Suggest production process improvements and collaborate with responsible departments and customers.
• Support the final inspection team in shipping orders on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and understand component and assembly drawings.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy with repetitive tasks, and basic computer skills.
• ITAR, EAR, and OFAC compliance is required; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
