IAM / Automation Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the enterprise IAM strategy, operations, roadmap, and North American IAM Center of Excellence.
• Lead IAM integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures while aligning global standards, tooling, and practices.
• Design and operate SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, directory services, Zero Trust controls, and conditional access policies.
• Automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access requests, approvals, provisioning, de-provisioning, entitlement reviews, and self-service capabilities.
• Build integrations between IAM platforms, HR systems, ticketing platforms, and applications using SCIM, LDAP, and APIs.
• Define security KPIs, support audits, manage vendors and licensing, develop business cases, and mentor IAM engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive information security or IT experience, including 4+ years focused on IAM.
• 3+ years as a senior or lead IAM technical contributor in an enterprise environment with 5,000+ employees.
• Hands-on experience engineering IAM automation, API/SCIM provisioning pipelines, self-service access solutions, and HRIS-integrated JML workflows.
• Experience with access certification automation, PAM platforms, credential rotation, session monitoring, and just-in-time access.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, Zero Trust, conditional access, least privilege, and security KPI management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, SC-300, or Okta Certified Professional.
• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
