Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Salary: $240,000 – $285,000

What you will do

• Own the identity governance strategy, operating model, and control standards, including access certification and role lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute the roadmap for SOX readiness and audit performance.
• Architect and deploy a comprehensive IAM platform to automate access orchestration, manage privileged access, and secure enterprise AI.
• Chair the IT architecture review board to assess technology design, costs, and third-party risk.
• Manage public-cloud master accounts and optimize cost, least-privilege access, and automation.
• Lead identity governance for M&A activities and modernize existing platforms for improved scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT with an emphasis on IAM, including 5+ years in a leadership role (Manager, Director, or higher).
• Deep expertise in enterprise IAM strategy, including capital and operating budget management.
• Proven track record of SOX compliance and building successful readiness programs.
• Experience managing hybrid environments spanning on-premises/colocation and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with access automation, configuration management, and modern operations practices.
