What you will do

• Provide telephone triage for pediatric patients and families.
• Conduct nurse visits, room patients, and communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Administer vaccines and medications.
• Perform point-of-care testing, vision screening, and hearing screening.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures.
• Apply evidence-based standards, clinical judgment, and critical-thinking skills to support patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
• Demonstrated competent clinical practice and clinical decision-making skills.
