Location: Remote within the Austin or San Antonio areas, supporting Austin, San Antonio, and West Texas. The role requires 75–80% travel for customer visits, UT office visits, conferences, and events.
Base salary: $155,000–$180,000 per year for the Senior Cardiopulmonary-PAH Specialist role. Additional sales incentives, long-term incentives, and benefits may apply.

What you will do
- Promote assigned therapies, including Tyvaso, across a defined territory of physicians, healthcare professionals, and key accounts.
- Build professional relationships with pulmonologists, cardiologists, nurses, advanced practice providers, and specialty distributor staff.
- Analyze sales reports, develop territory business plans, and drive sales performance in key accounts.
- Coordinate with regional business directors and other field-based colleagues to optimize sales, education, and patient support efforts.
- Maintain expert knowledge of PAH, PH-ILD, products, competitors, and treatment trends.
- Attend medical symposia, conferences, and patient support meetings while completing compliant sales and administrative reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in nursing or a life science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of successful pharmaceutical or similar sales experience with specialty physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- 4+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in institutional or major teaching-center environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular or pulmonary disease therapeutics and as a successful Cardiopulmonary Specialist.
- Strong communication, leadership, planning, decision-making, interpersonal, and territory-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to travel by motor vehicle and airplane.

- 2+ years of experience selling pharmaceutical products distributed through specialty pharmacies.
