Location: United States — Tennessee — Remote. This is a field-based role requiring residence within a workable distance of the assigned territory, in-person customer engagement, travel to accounts and office locations, and occasional overnight stays. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus.

What you will do
- Drive customer engagement and sales performance across assigned rare cardiac accounts through in-person interactions.
- Build compliant relationships with cardiology healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary care teams, office staff, and key opinion leaders.
- Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging supporting appropriate Rare Cardiac product use.
- Use product, disease, and market knowledge to prioritize accounts and support patient identification and referral pathways.
- Provide information on prior authorization, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and use digital tools and insights to optimize territory activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards; a DUI, DWI, or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying.
- Ability to reside within a workable distance of the assigned territory and travel to all accounts and office locations.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in cardiology or hospital settings.
- Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
- Business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking.
- Digital engagement experience with tools such as Veeva Engage or Zoom.
