Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $84,000–$115,500 per year

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, motivate, develop, and train production employees while assigning work and setting priorities.
• Prioritize production schedules using manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings, establish consistent processes, and track performance metrics including cycle time.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and manage conformance to customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and implement processes that collect, analyze, and report manufacturing data and real-time status.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Austin, Texas, United States, on the 2nd shift.
• Experience providing technical expertise and managerial leadership to production teams.
• Ability to analyze operational data, production capacity, quality issues, and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage employee training, development plans, performance management, hiring, rewards, and discipline.
• Ability to communicate technical information, production schedules, build and test issues, and corrective actions across manufacturing functions.
