Advanced Facilities Operations Maintenance and Repair Process Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Corvallis, Oregon, United States. Onsite work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment; full-face respirator or PAPR and chemical-resistant clothing are required for chemical duties. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $59,000–$82,000 USD annually for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities equipment supporting business operations.
• Operate and service RODI/IWW systems and chemical handling and delivery systems.
• Clean and rebuild chemical pumps, valves, piping, and other delivery components.
• Support new tool installations, startup permit verification, lockout/tagout, and after-hours emergency response.
• Improve processes, tools, documentation, asset management, and scalable design standards.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to less-experienced contributors.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, higher secondary education, equivalent experience, or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 6–8 years of related experience, preferably in product design or a related field.
• Experience in heavy industrial, semiconductor, or chemical operations environments.
• Knowledge of P&ID drawings, SCADA/DCS systems, chemical operations, emergency response, respiratory protection, and pump repair.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator or PAPR and chemical-resistant clothing while performing chemical-related tasks.
• Willingness to be on call and respond after hours.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD certification.
• Experience with 3D modeling, architectural and engineering drawings, Revit, SolidWorks, CATIA, MicroStation, product lifecycle management, and mechanical or electrical engineering.
