Manager III, PVD Test Operations Management (M3) Days (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite. Day shift with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $84,000–$115,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, motivate, develop, and train a team of production employees.
• Assign work, set priorities, and manage production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings while communicating build, test, and manufacturing issues across organizational levels.
• Track performance metrics and optimize cycle time, production capacity, manufacturing processes, and real-time operational reporting.
• Address issues affecting customer satisfaction and ensure conformance with customer and vendor requirements.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective-action, employee development, hiring, performance management, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical expertise and managerial leadership in manufacturing or production operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, evaluate relevant factors, and make decisions within established procedures and policies.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct technical presentations, and gain cooperation across manufacturing functions.
• Ability to manage employee training, development plans, performance, selection, rewards, and discipline.
• Commitment to hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Must work onsite in Austin, TX; the role includes approximately 10% travel.
