Bilingual Patient Engagement Associate

Location: Remote within the continental United States. The role requires working Central or Eastern Time hours on either a 9:00am–5:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pm schedule.

Salary: $20–$22 per hour, plus a monthly bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Conduct outbound telephone outreach to prospective members, including parents, family members, and caregivers.
• Guide families through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
• Explain available services, address parent and family objections, and represent the organization with empathy.
• Coordinate with the Local Outreach Team to engage prospective and existing patients.
• Use reporting tools and dashboards to prioritize outreach activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in outreach, customer service, or a call center environment with primarily outbound communications.
• Must reside in the continental United States.
• Must be available for a Central or Eastern Time schedule.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience working in a startup environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
