Project Manager II (Utility & Infrastructure)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; primarily in-person at the Service Building, with occasional weekends and irregular hours as needed.

What you will do

• Manage multi-million-dollar transmission, distribution, and infrastructure capital projects valued at $5M–$50M+.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, cash flows, risks, and construction outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver construction milestones and outages safely and on time.
• Lead procurement planning, scope development, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
• Track and forecast project costs and provide monthly reports to the PMO and leadership.
• Support junior project manager development and PMO process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Utility, infrastructure, or data center experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle P6 is strongly desired; PMP certification is preferred.
