Services Project Manager (Warehouse Management)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; travel to client or hirify.global locations may be required based on project needs.

What you will do

• Coordinate warehouse-management software implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and status reports.
• Coordinate business process, configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Serve as the day-to-day project contact for client stakeholders and facilitate project meetings and communications.
• Track scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and client decisions while escalating material concerns.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors, drive milestone completion, and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, engineering, supply chain, logistics, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, professional services, enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or a related field.
• Client-facing experience in software, supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail, or consulting.
• Ability to manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence contributors without direct authority.
• Ability to travel to client or hirify.global locations as required by project needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global WM software or another warehouse management system.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, or related supply chain processes.
• Experience with configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, or go-live stabilization.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project-management training or certification.
