Director, Insurance Implementation and Onboarding (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Braintree, MA; Windsor, CT; or Boston, MA

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual base salary in Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of the Singularity platform for insurance investment operations and accounting.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, and execution processes for successful onboarding.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, project teams, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact between clients and product, development, and operations teams.
• Lead client reviews and executive updates while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct business analysis, workflow reviews, operational assessments, pre-sales support, and implementation methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant program or project management experience in financial services implementations.
• Strong investment accounting background, including public and private investments, fixed income, equities, derivatives, foreign exchange, and commercial loans.
• Experience managing complex projects and high-pressure client environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry experience and direct experience with insurance investment operations and accounting platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale system implementations or outsourcing transitions.
• Consulting experience and the ability to influence and guide clients.
• Leadership experience managing project teams.
