Enterprise Resiliency Lead (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Jersey City, NJ or Houston, TX offices; up to 25% travel and occasional off-hours work may be required.

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic enterprise resiliency projects with C-suite leaders and business teams.
• Manage and develop a resiliency team responsible for business continuity, technology and third-party resiliency, and incident management plans.
• Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate plans, identify readiness gaps, and document solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, security, and corporate functions to maintain compliance with resiliency policies and regulatory obligations.
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management.
• At least 2 years of people management experience across multiple performance review cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; industry certifications such as CBCP and PMP are relevant.
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of resiliency technologies and reporting, including tools such as Archer and Everbridge, plus Cloud, CoLo, and SaaS environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate incident events, including leading an Incident Management Team.
