is localizing the global battery supply chain through battery recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and battery-material production.
What you will do
- Own sourcing strategy for critical technical and operational requisitions across ESS and EPC.
- Run intake sessions, define target profiles, identify competitor and adjacent-industry targets, and develop candidate pitches.
- Build market maps covering target companies, organizational structures, and named prospects.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, GitHub, technical communities, conferences, patent data, referrals, and competitor mapping.
- Conduct first-touch screens, summarize qualified candidates, and hand them off to recruiters.
- Track pipeline activity, response and conversion rates in Greenhouse, and share market data with recruiters and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing hard-to-fill technical and operational roles in manufacturing, hardware, energy, chemicals, automotive, or construction.
- Demonstrated hires generated through outbound outreach and a portfolio of market maps.
- Strong Boolean and structured-search skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one AI-assisted sourcing tool.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and disciplined pipeline management.
- Ability to manage 6–10 critical requisitions and analyze response and conversion rates.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with hiring managers in Nevada and South Carolina.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for energy, battery, power, EPC, construction, or industrial project roles.
- International sourcing experience, including candidates who may need visa sponsorship.
- Experience building talent pools and nurture campaigns.
