Technical Sourcing Recruiter (Satellite Connectivity)

Develops standards-based satellite connectivity that connects smartphones and IoT devices directly to satellites through a cloud-native commercial NTN vRAN platform.

What you will do

• Partner with the recruiting lead and technical hiring managers to define candidate profiles and focused sourcing strategies.
• Build pipelines for software engineering, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, wireless communications, and network engineering roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, technical communities, referrals, targeted research, and creative sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach and conduct initial conversations covering experience, motivation, career goals, and practical requirements.
• Deliver candidate summaries, maintain engagement, and provide thoughtful handoffs to the recruiting lead.
• Map talent markets, track pipeline health and conversion metrics, and maintain accurate candidate records.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent, including passive candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and evaluate relevant experience beyond job titles and keyword matches.
• Strong research skills in Boolean search, talent mapping, and candidate discovery beyond standard databases.
• Clear written communication and confidence leading credible conversations with technical candidates.
• Good judgment, strong organization, follow-through, collaboration, and independent initiative across multiple searches.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and careful candidate information handling.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, semiconductors, IoT, or related technical fields.
• Experience supporting a startup or small recruiting team.
• Experience sourcing across international talent markets.
• Familiarity with embedded software, cellular networks, wireless protocols, cloud infrastructure, or network infrastructure.
