Location: Remote, with candidates located in a US central or east coast time zone; listed locations include Chicago, Austin, Detroit, Atlanta, Miami, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, and Richmond.

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for senior and staff+ software engineering and infrastructure roles.
• Create market maps and competitive intelligence to identify technical talent and effective outreach channels.
• Drive outreach and initial engagement for concurrent, hard-to-fill technical requisitions.
• Consult with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
• Present sourcing strategies and market insights to recruiting and engineering partners.
• Improve sourcing processes, tooling, funnel calibration, and market-intelligence sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with senior or staff+ software engineering and infrastructure roles.
• Expert Boolean and X-ray search skills and fluency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub.
• Strong market-mapping, competitive-intelligence, written-outreach, and candidate-engagement skills.
• Experience consulting with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy.
• Ability to manage concurrent requisitions autonomously and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Comfort using AI-assisted search, market research, and LLM-based outreach drafting.
