Quality Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Vaasa, Finland. Full-time site-based, on-site role.

What you will do

• Lead on-site quality control processes and ensure work meets performance, functionality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, and contractor, including schedules and partner engagement.
• Identify quality issues proactively and coordinate effective resolutions.
• Implement, monitor, and improve project procedures in partnership with the client.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, communicate impacts, and support collaborative problem-solving.
• Drive conformance to quality expectations across all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or demonstrated experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing.
• Experience in data centre or industrial construction environments is relevant to the role.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, audit contractor certifications, and apply governing standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
