Compensation Specialist I

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $20–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Process tax and tax equalisation payments for multiple clients.
• Communicate internally regarding payment processing and related questions.
• Maintain payment confirmation records, including dates, amounts, payees, and client-specific information.
• Gather and compile cost components for global cost estimates.
• Coordinate internal and external support, collect additional data, and revise cost estimates as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical skills, including working with percentages, ratios, fractions, and proportions.
• Critical-thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and word-processing skills.
• Prior experience working with numbers is helpful but not required.
