Warehouse Quality Manager (Warehouse QA/QC)

Location: Lodz, Poland. Workplace: On-site.

What you will do

• Organize inbound quality audits for shipments from manufacturing sites in Ukraine, Turkey, and Vietnam, checking pallet integrity, packaging, labels, barcodes, serial numbers, and packing lists.
• Improve receiving, cross-docking, picking, packing, loading, and order fulfillment processes while ensuring compliance with EU distributor requirements.
• Manage distributor complaints, conduct root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and 8D, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement Lean, 5S, Poka-Yoke, SOP, and WMS-based quality control solutions, including barcode, serial number, and weight checks.
• Monitor OTIF, Perfect Order Rate, claims PPM, picking and packing errors, order cycle time, and warehouse damage rates through operational dashboards.
• Conduct warehouse audits and train operators, packers, and WMS users in quality standards and safe handling of electronic products.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in warehouse quality management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or warehouse management in a Class A distribution center.
• Experience in international distribution within consumer electronics, high-tech, automotive components, or large-scale omnichannel e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, 8D, PDCA, root cause analysis, imported goods handling, and EU packaging and labeling requirements.
• Knowledge of Polish occupational health and safety regulations, storage standards, and UDT requirements for warehouse equipment.
• Experience with WMS and ERP platforms such as SAP, Qguar, Manhattan WMS, or similar, plus strong Excel, PivotTables, formulas, Power BI, or Grafana skills.
• Ukrainian at native or fluent level is required; English at B1+ level is required for cooperation with manufacturing sites, carriers, distributors, and the head office.
