Consulting Associate (Hotel Strategy)

Salary: $60,200–$111,800 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements and manage multiple project workstreams across clients.
• Apply hotel program strategy, sourcing, and technology expertise to improve compliance and optimization.
• Translate complex analysis and strategy into clear messages and actionable client recommendations.
• Manage global supplier relationships and support complex negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to increase client value, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Apply change management techniques to support adoption and long-term program success.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel strategy, revenue management, sourcing, or optimization.
• Experience managing hotel programs through Cvent or related sourcing platforms.
• Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Birst, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of strategy, financial or business operations, and cost management.
• Experience in the travel industry.
