Requirement Engineer/IT Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Location: Dresden, Germany; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home and regular collaboration with teams in Asian time zones.

What you will do

• Shape software product features by translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear, valuable concepts.
• Create, maintain, and improve software requirements for customers, developers, and testers.
• Lead requirements and concept discussions and facilitate collaboration across customer-facing and development teams.
• Build expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, hirify.global products, and software development practices.
• Apply AI tools, agents, and workflow automation to improve requirements engineering, documentation, and daily work.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in software, semiconductors, or another technology-driven industry.
• Practical experience using AI tools, agents, and automated workflows in engineering work.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify root causes in complex technical systems.
• Ability to communicate and build agreement with customers, engineers, and developers.
• Application materials must be written in English.
