What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, and standardize business requirements for controlling reporting and process mining.
• Describe business data entities and their relationships across relevant source systems.
• Support implementation according to priorities defined by the Product Owner.
• Coordinate clarifications between business teams and Product Owners.
• Identify, document, and track business impediments and inconsistencies through resolution.
• Document meetings and business discussions and ensure information is handed over to the client.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding of business data entities and their relationships.
• Knowledge of VISL, INAN, DTAN, DESN, BUAN, and CNSL systems or data sources.
• Experience working in an agile project environment, with strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and independent-working skills.
• Business-fluent German is mandatory; German is the project language.

Nice to have

• Experience in controlling reporting or process mining.
