Integrations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Manage integration projects between internal systems and suppliers’ ERP platforms.
• Coordinate communication between supplier IT teams, development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor existing integrations and identify and resolve operational issues.
• Perform testing and validation against integration requirements.
• Document processes, maintain the knowledge base, and clarify requirements.
• Contribute to standardisation and improvements to integration tools and processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in integrations or a similar role.
• Good command of English required.
• Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, ETL, or ESB.
• Knowledge of FTP, HTTPS, AS2, XML, JSON, IDOC, or EDIFACT.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Postman, FileZilla, SAP CI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Additional language skills.
