Clinical Data Lead (Data Manager)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States; onsite. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $122,250–$176,583.33 per year

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate clinical data management activities in line with standards and regulations.
• Adapt and coordinate data management strategies during clinical study development and execution.
• Ensure data integrity, database quality, documentation, timelines, and audit and inspection readiness.
• Oversee external vendors and partners involved in data management activities.
• Represent Clinical Data Management across clinical, digital, pharmacovigilance, laboratory, and external partner teams.
• Contribute project management expertise to improve global data management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, technical sciences, or a related scientific field.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical or medical data management.
• Proficiency with Rave, EDC systems, eCOA platforms, SAS, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of clinical and medical standards and regulations.
• Experience with project management and outsourcing oversight.
• Full professional proficiency in English and availability to work onsite in Morristown, New Jersey, United States.
