Central Supply Planner (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Manage replenishment from production sites and suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate supply planning with production sites, suppliers, purchasing, and regional supply chain teams.
• Define short- and mid-term supply capacity needs and initiate measures to align capacity with demand.
• Resolve actual and potential supply issues and make allocation decisions during bottlenecks.
• Coordinate phase-in and phase-out situations and maintain planning master data.
• Optimize safety stock, agreed stock levels, and service levels across assigned countries and categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain planning department, ideally in consumer goods or B2B.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, planning parameters, planning logic, and planning systems such as SAP or IBP.
• Very good English skills at minimum B2 level.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
