Warehouse Specialist

Location: Based onsite in Milan, Italy

Salary: Up to €36,000 per year, depending on seniority

What you will do

• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems and ERP software to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Receive, inspect, record, and report issues with incoming goods.
• Organize warehouse operations for efficient picking and replenishment.
• Support demand forecasting and align inventory with research requirements while proposing process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher in logistics, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock handling, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of inventory reconciliation procedures.
• Good written and spoken English and native-level Italian fluency are required.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, solve inventory issues, manage changing priorities, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, research institute, or product development environment.
