Shipping Agent Internship

What you will do

• Coordinate transportation and packing activities with logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support export shipments while following logistics guidelines, fiscal procedures, customs regulations, and customer requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and issue documentation for international shipments.
• Review logistics provider quotations and create purchase requests in SAP.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Current Master's student or recent graduate in Management Engineering, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent Italian and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
