Service PM Assistant Intern

hirify.global operates an international service organization supporting spare-parts operations and technical support for customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Service PM team to manage customer requests.
• Prepare, send, and track offers and orders using the ERP system.
• Advise customers on pricing, availability, and logistics.
• Coordinate deliveries and handle return requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and liaise with internal teams.
• Support sales by converting quotations into orders.

Requirements

• English proficiency required.
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from upper secondary school or university, preferably in trade, languages, or logistics.
• Organized, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Excel and able to learn ERP tools quickly.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
