Intelligence Automation Business Analyst (AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Analyze stakeholder needs and create detailed Product Requirement Documents using Markdown.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, UX specialists, and product managers on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, quality, and alignment with product and architectural standards.
• Support AI-assisted PRD-to-code workflows by defining development rules, constraints, and reusable patterns.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities and improve product development and user experience.
• Track emerging technologies and synthesize multidisciplinary feedback into rapid product iterations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in an agile software development environment.
• 2+ years of experience with AI-assisted coding or product design tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or Figma AI.
• Ability to write structured PRDs with user stories and Given/When/Then acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, Agile delivery practices, Markdown, and Git workflows.
• Ability to review code syntax, understand basic API integrations, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination. Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience defining AI performance metrics such as hallucination thresholds, latency targets, and model quality criteria.
• Experience managing AI-assisted PRD-to-code workflows and reviewing AI-generated code.
• Experience synthesizing UX, legal, and engineering feedback into product iterations.
