PMO Support Officer - FTC (Cybersecurity)

Location: Swansea, UK; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Maintain PMO documentation, templates, reports, plans, file structures, dashboards, and status information.
• Coordinate PMO meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and support communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs and risk profiles while supporting risk, issue, audit, and change control processes.
• Track project budgets, plans, milestones, resources, timesheets, holidays, and resource availability.
• Prepare training materials and support training on PMO processes and tools.
• Collect process feedback, share lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement and governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience providing administrative and operational support in a project or programme environment.
• Strong documentation management, file organisation, meeting coordination, reporting, and project tracking skills.
• Ability to maintain project dashboards and RAID logs and support risk and issue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate or advanced Excel, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation, collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 documentation and compliance.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and MEIL reporting.
• Knowledge of project and programme budget tracking or financial administration.
• Background or interest in cybersecurity.
