Operations Senior Manager (EV Charging)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects to improve charger uptime across Portugal, France, Belgium, Spain, and Poland.
• Analyse charger and site performance, including sessions, revenue, failed attempts, downtime, and recurring fault codes.
• Manage project scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, escalations, and delivery through to measurable impact.
• Optimise Sitetracker ticket workflows, resolution times, workloads, backlogs, routing, priorities, and escalation rules.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards and weekly or monthly performance reports for teams and leadership.
• Design simpler operational workflows, maintain SOPs in Confluence, drive automations, and coordinate central teams with field teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy or operations.
• Strong data skills with Metabase and Excel or Google Sheets, including dashboard, reporting, and ticket-level analysis.
• Structured problem-solving and solid project management skills from scoping through completion.
• Experience with process mapping, SOP design, and automation for operational efficiency.
• English is mandatory. Portuguese, French, or Spanish is advantageous.
• Strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience in EV charging, energy, field operations, or asset-heavy operations.
