Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

hirify.global develops advanced semiconductor manufacturing machines and operates a complex global supply chain supporting suppliers, customers, and internal operations.

What you will do

• Support operational or tactical activities in sourcing and supply chain management.
• Work with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase supply chain efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Develop expertise in a specific supply chain discipline while building an understanding of end-to-end operations.
• Specialize in one field without job rotations and participate in a two-year training and development program.
• Work with a personal mentor and an external professional coach to define and achieve development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a supply chain focus, or a closely related field.
• Maximum of six months of relevant work experience, excluding internships.
• Must be fully graduated before the position starts.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, data analysis, critical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
