Engineering Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA, US (Hybrid role with onsite presence required)

Salary: $113,250–$169,875 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team in translating product roadmaps into lean supply chain solutions.
• Manage concurrent supply chain introduction of new product designs from technical feasibility to volume ramp-up.
• Ensure material availability for prototypes, pilot systems, and volume production while balancing quality, cost, and risk.
• Foster global collaboration across regions and cultures to meet operational and strategic business needs.
• Drive accountability within Project Delivery Teams to ensure successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization at suppliers.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance PLM performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization
• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in new product introductions in high-tech environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA, with flexibility for remote work up to two days a week.
