Digital Assets Strategy Consultant (Fintech)

Salary: €5,030–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Develop strategic perspectives, narratives, scenarios, and executive recommendations across digital money, tokenised assets, wallets, digital identity, and related technologies.
• Analyse global market, regulatory, and technological developments across stablecoins, tokenised deposits, central bank digital currencies, crypto-assets, and tokenised financial products.
• Translate digital-assets developments into implications for hirify.global’s corporate and financial-services strategies.
• Assess strategic opportunities, develop early-stage business cases, and create strategic roadmaps.
• Support senior decision-making and prioritisation of hirify.global’s digital-assets portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Digital Assets and Stablecoin Lead, strategy and innovation teams, senior stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• University degree level of working and thinking.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation strategy, or a comparable strategic role.
• Professional expertise across digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenised deposits, deposit tokens, central bank digital currencies, crypto-assets, or tokenised financial products.
• Understanding of wallets, digital identity, artificial intelligence, and their intersection with digital assets and financial services.
• Experience translating complex developments into strategic narratives, scenarios, executive recommendations, opportunity assessments, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, stakeholder-influencing, and senior-management advisory skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a leading strategy consultancy, corporate strategy team, digital-assets organisation, or specialised digital-assets advisory practice.
