Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Location: Luxembourg; work may be performed from home, at the client, or from the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Design and deliver key project outputs and take responsibility for project execution.
• Lead projects, build relationships with middle and top management, and adapt solutions to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to client seminars.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants and mentor junior colleagues.
• Support business development through proposals and commercial meetings.
• Contribute to sector and service working groups, internal projects, papers, and articles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, synthesis, flexibility, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to develop expertise quickly.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills required.
• Passion for the energy sector.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
