Senior Consultant Energy and Industry

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; flexible work from home, client locations, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for clients in the energy and industry sectors.
• Structure data, perform analysis and benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Support project teams and coach new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, learning, flexibility, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Passion for the energy sector.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
